I put this rating because I really understood everything! Good of course, I'm not new to music, I already have more than 5 years of guitar under my belt but all of it without music theory! I lacked something to really blossom in the music. I have taken a month to finish it in a set with the days of at least 1h30 on it. After you begin to have a sore têteCe book also includes a CD, I copied the content (audio) on my phone to be able to read wherever I be, without necessarily being in front of a computer. These sounds brings a real plus! I would recommend this book mostly musicians with a few years experience without theory, and they want to learn fast and well! But I think that if someone who has never touched an instrument in his life wants to learn, it will be a little difficult because it is necessary to have a piano or a guitar to work at the same, it must therefore be a certain degree of mastery! a very good method to nice for a work training solitary provided you have already some basics of music theory. the exercises are attractive, not too long, varied, and included work on all aspects of the piano.
